£40 for a very condition 1080p 75Hz monitor - IPS panel - I would say that is a steal at this price. Got it from the Marketplace and came with a braided DP cable.

Great monitor for viewing videos with pretty accurate colors. The stand is a little cheap, but I use a VESA mount for it. I can't really speak to the response rate, but it went well with my old LG monitor before I replaced it.
